Questions about the features

How much does Tablemonk cost?
Basic costs €12 per month: reservations, tables, floor plan and dashboard. Pro costs €29 per month and adds online booking through your own website. You first try Tablemonk free for 30 days, no payment details needed.
Can I integrate Tablemonk into my own website?
Yes, on any website. Paste one script into your site, just before the </body> tag, and a booking button appears. It works on Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, custom-built sites and any other platform where you can add a script. You will find the script in your dashboard under Settings. Using WordPress? You can also use the free plugin, no code required.
Can I use Tablemonk on my mobile?
Yes, Tablemonk works on mobile and tablet. For day-to-day reservation management this works fine. Some features — like the floor plan — are designed for a larger screen and work best on a tablet or desktop.
How many tables and reservations can I create?
Unlimited. Both the number of tables and the number of reservations have no limit, not even in Basic.
Can my guests book themselves?
Yes! Place the booking widget on your own website and guests can book directly. You'll find the installation instructions under Settings → Developers in your dashboard.
What is the difference between Basic and Pro?
With Basic you manage unlimited reservations and tables yourself, with the dashboard, floor plan and opening hours. Pro adds online booking: the widget on your own website, the WordPress plugin and all online booking settings. You can try Pro free for 14 days.
How does Tablemonk handle my guests' data?
Tablemonk is a Dutch product and complies with the GDPR. Guest data is only visible to your venue: you are the data controller and we process the data on your behalf. We never sell data to third parties. Read more in our privacy policy.
